Cosmetics incoming

<h4>while this project is finished to the point of being fully-playable, the cosmetics are still incoming.</h4>

I'm very much a visual/spatial-minded person, so translating what I want to see to code can be kinda hard sometimes. I've learned some VERY BASIC html two years ago and not really exercised the muscles since, until now. I think I've done pretty well though old habits (incorrect html doc formatting, from before i knew how to do much but used it a lot to format my mySpace) die hard. Whatever, it works (mostly) how I want it to.

I'll be working as much as I can to get it prettier by the end of the week, 3.19.21! Version 1.0 !
